VERAGE Warranty Information

At VERAGE, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty ensures that your purchase meets the highest standards, and we’re here to assist if a manufacturing defect arises. Below are the details of our warranty coverage.

Who is Covered?

Our 10-Year Warranty applies exclusively to luggage purchased directly from the VERAGE U.S. website. For purchases made through local distributors, retailers, or other online platforms, the warranty coverage will follow the policies of the respective country or distributor.

    •    U.S. Online Purchases: Enjoy a 10-year warranty.

    •    Global Retail or Distributor Purchases: Warranty coverage may vary by country and follows the local warranty policies (typically 3 years for offline purchases). Please refer to your purchase receipt or the policy provided by the distributor.

    •    Packaging Note: As our packaging is standardized globally, you may see a 3-year warranty listed. However, if purchased directly from this U.S. site, the 10-year warranty applies.

What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty protects against material and workmanship defects for 10 years for products purchased on our U.S. website. Specifically, the warranty covers:

    •    Cracks or breaks in the shell.

    •    Wheels, handles, or telescopic handles that are damaged or no longer functional.

    •    Zippers that break or can no longer open/close.

    •    Other functional damage that affects the product’s intended use.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

    •    Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs, dents, stains, or color changes).

    •    Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.

    •    Issues resulting from exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., natural disasters, liquids, or gases).

    •    Damage caused during airline handling or other third-party logistics services.

    •    Modifications, repairs, or alterations made without VERAGE’s authorization.

    •    Lack of a valid purchase receipt from VERAGE or an authorized retailer.

Damage During Airline Handling

If your luggage is damaged during transit due to mishandling by airline personnel, we recommend filing a claim directly with the airline as soon as possible. Airlines typically cover damages caused during their operations.

To assist you with your claim, VERAGE can provide:

    •    Proof of product value

    •    Non-repairable assessments

    •    Other necessary documentation required by the airline for compensation.

You can choose to have your luggage repaired at a local repair shop. Simply submit the repair receipt to us, and we will reimburse the repair costs.

  • Partial Refund for Depreciated Products

For older products or those with significant wear and tear, we may offer a partial refund based on the luggage’s usage duration and condition.
