That's why we offer you a 120-day trial period, giving you ample time to ensure your new suitcase is the ideal travel companion.

What is your suitcase return policy?

We offer a 120-day trial period, giving you ample time to ensure your new suitcase is the ideal travel companion.

Our return and exchange policy applies only to unused and undamaged goods. Therefore, please gently test your products at home before taking them on a trip. Our goal is to make your shopping experience both convenient and satisfying, whether it's a refund or an exchange, we are committed to providing efficient and satisfactory service.

We offer a 120-day trial period to ensure your satisfaction with your new suitcase. If within this period, your unused suitcase doesn't meet your expectations, you can apply for a free exchange or return without incurring any costs.

 

l   Once the suitcase is used, the 120-day trial period becomes void. We cannot accept returns of suitcases that have been used or are in a non-resalable condition.

 

l   Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Exchanges are only offered for products that are defective or damaged.

 

l   An exchange requires verification by customer service. You must return the original product before receiving a new one, after confirming eligibility for an exchange.

l   Ensure your product is verified by customer service as eligible for return or exchange and that you have downloaded the prepaid shipping label. When returning, obtain a mailing receipt or use the courier's tracked delivery service for security.

l   All returns must be boxed and shipped back. Most couriers do not accept items not in a box. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Please do not return items to the wrong address.

l   You will receive a refund for the purchase price, including any applicable sales tax, excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after we receive your return.

l   Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

What is the return policy for other products?

For backpacks, handbags, and accessories, you may initiate a return within 7 days after delivery. Eligible items for return must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging intact. Your return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please note that items that have been personalised for you (such as luggage straps or bag tags), or are for personal use (such as ear plugs) are excluded and not available for return.

How do I arrange a return?

To arrange a return please contact our customer service team at service@verage.com. Please state “Return Request” in the email subject header and include the following details:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Order number
  • Number of items to be returned
  • Name of items being returned

 

Once we receive these information, we will send you a return label via email (the fee for this label has already been paid by VERAGE). Please package your items together with the original packaging and dust bag (if applicable), affix the label to the outside of the box, and then take the package to a UPS, FedEx, or USPS drop-off location. Upon receipt of your items, we will process your refund.

How long does a refund take to process?

Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive your returned item, for us to process your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
